The Avenues is a boutique neighborhood by Odyssey Homes located on the corner of Crowley and Lincoln, in Idaho Falls. The semi-custom homes in The Avenues will be starting in the low $300ks. The biggest goal of Odyssey Homes for The Avenues subdivision is to provide our top standard in quality and finishes with a smaller footprint.

The Avenues features custom, high-quality homes with smaller footprints and cost to help you get the home you need and can afford. Our standard finishes include granite countertops, custom cabinetry, LP smart siding (no vinyl), stucco, stone/brick.
