Ammon is home to two of Odyssey's most active communities — Granite Creek and Hawks Landing — plus our showroom on Lancer Avenue. If you want to build in Ammon, this is the page to figure out which community fits.
Granite Creek sits in the heart of Ammon, close enough to shopping, dining, the movie theater, and the golf course next door that you barely have to drive. It's a step-up address — a selective developer, a gorgeous entrance, and consistently nicer homes throughout.
Hawks Landing takes the opposite approach: up in Ammon's foothills, with low-traffic streets, generous lots, and sweeping valley views out to the mountains. A walking path loops the whole subdivision and there's a community park with a playground at its center — built for families who want a quieter, more residential feel while staying minutes from Idaho Falls.
Both communities are active right now, with homes in progress and, in Hawks Landing's case, raw lots still available if you want to build from scratch. Every home in either community comes from one of Odyssey's 12 semi-custom floor plans, finished to the same standard across all five of our Eastern Idaho communities.
