The Parks is Odyssey's active community in Shelley — a fully built-out neighborhood where we no longer offer raw lots, but we're still completing spec homes here on a rolling basis. If you want a new home in Shelley without a long build-from-scratch timeline, this is the fastest path.
Shelley is about 15 minutes from Idaho Falls — close enough for a daily commute, far enough to feel like small-town Idaho. It's a quieter, more rural-adjacent alternative to Ammon or Idaho Falls proper, which is exactly why buyers priced out of — or just not interested in — denser subdivisions look here first.
Every home in The Parks is one of Odyssey's semi-custom plans, finished to the same standard as our Ammon and Idaho Falls builds.
