Odyssey Homes builds semi-custom new construction across Eastern Idaho, and that includes Rexburg and Madison County. We don't have a platted community in Rexburg yet — but if you own a lot here or you're looking at land, we can build any of our 12 semi-custom floor plans on it.

We handle everything — site evaluation, permits, utilities, financing — you just pick a plan and a lot, and tell us what customization you want. Timeline runs roughly 9–12 months from groundbreaking to keys in hand. Our showroom is in Ammon if you want to tour floor plan options or meet the team; everything else we can handle remotely.
